One of the UK's fastest-growing and most trusted driving schools and instructor training organisations, My Four Wheels is built to raise standards across the industry. We work with over 500 driving instructors, support around 900 trainees currently in training through a dedicated team of 30 office staff across training, recruitment and operations.
At My Four Wheels, we focus on building long-term driving instructor careers — not selling short-term courses. That means being clear and upfront before anyone commits, providing structured support throughout training, and continuing that support once instructors are qualified and on the road.
Becoming a driving instructor offers the opportunity to build a flexible, self-employed career with strong long-term demand. Most instructors work locally, manage their own diaries, and choose how many hours they work each week.
No previous teaching experience is required. All instructors complete the official ADI qualification process, with full training and support provided throughout.

The trainee licence is issued by the Department of Transport to allow new instructors to get on the road as soon as possible and to have the opportunity to do the job for real and start to earn money before taking the final exam.
To obtain a trainee licence you will need to pass the part 1 and 2 exams and complete core training for the third one. We as your sponsoring driving school then certify the training has been completed and that's it, you are ready to start earning!
